The Problem

List Hygiene & Cleanup

Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC records. Warmed up new sending domain gradually (100 → 1k → 10k → 50k emails/day). Moved from shared IP to dedicated IP. Inbox rate improved from 12% to 94%.
